Tiny Tales
A large part of Melodic Vision's mission is to educate and entertain through photographic images and words buoyed by music and ambient sound. This series of five-minute videos is directed towards teaching young children about the natural world around us. In the Tiny Tales series you can explore the lives of the majestic Mute swan and their adorable babies, the underwater adventures of the Humpback whale, the exotic "Big Five" of South Africa, or the process of making delicious maple syrup — a New England staple! Kids and adults alike will delight in breathtakingly detailed close-up photographs of these amazing creatures and their natural surroundings, and in the simple, charmingly written narratives that accompany each video. Each tale is accompanied by original recordings, ranging from music for string quartet and gorgeous renditions of American folk songs, introducing children to the worlds of classical, traditional folk, and world music.
